FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC has appointed John Galaviz as chief executive officer as the company continues to expand its national insurance brokerage operations.
Galaviz joined Patriot in 2023 as chief financial officer and was promoted to president in 2025.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, including roles in brokerage and carrier organizations, with a focus on private equity-backed firms.
Investors GI Partners and Summit Partners said Galaviz has played a key role in the company’s operational development and growth. “He brings a strong track record of leadership, deep industry expertise, and a clear alignment with Patriot’s long-term strategy,” the firms said in a joint statement.
Galaviz said he plans to continue executing the company’s growth strategy. “We have significant opportunities ahead, and I am excited to continue executing on our strategy and delivering long-term value for all our stakeholders,” he said.
Patriot Growth Insurance Services, founded in 2019, has more than 2,200 employees across 100 locations in 29 states and provides insurance and risk management services to businesses and individuals nationwide.
