Business News

FORT WASHINGTON, PA — PaperWorks Industries Inc. has acquired Color Craft Graphic Arts, a Wisconsin-based packaging producer with a long history serving food, beverage, and household goods brands. The deal expands PaperWorks’ folding carton network and adds 120 employees to its growing North American footprint.

Color Craft, founded in 1929 and headquartered in Manitowoc, brings a packaging facility that PaperWorks says aligns well with its integrated mill system and customer base. With the acquisition, PaperWorks now operates two paperboard mills and six converting facilities across the United States and Canada.

Color Craft’s president and CEO, Gregg Weber, will join PaperWorks as part of the transition. Weber said the move creates new opportunities for the Manitowoc team within a larger network, giving customers access to deeper mill integration and broader resources.
