WILMINGTON, DE — Onfolio Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ONFO, ONFOW) (OTC: ONFOP) said its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share on the company’s Series A preferred stock.
The dividend will be paid March 31, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 23, 2026, the company announced.
Onfolio said it has paid quarterly dividends on its Series A preferred shares since January 2020.
Onfolio Holdings acquires and operates online businesses across sectors including marketing, education, and e-commerce, according to the company.
