FORT WASHINGTON, PA — Office Practicum has appointed Jennifer Reale as chief financial officer, expanding her leadership role within the pediatric-focused electronic health record company, the company announced.
Reale, who joined Office Practicum in 2021 as director of finance, most recently oversaw finance, legal and compliance functions.
In her new role, she will lead financial strategy, planning, accounting, legal and risk management, including oversight of the company’s portfolio businesses NextStep Solutions and RemedyConnect.
Reale has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, according to the company.
“Since joining OP, Jen has been an indispensable leader,” said Chief Executive Officer Mike Ressel, citing her work overseeing finance and compliance functions.
Office Practicum said Reale has helped streamline financial and risk management operations and supported broader organizational initiatives since joining the company.
“I’m honored to step into the CFO role and help guide OP into its next chapter,” Reale said.
Office Practicum provides electronic health record and practice management solutions for pediatric providers, including clinical, operational and patient engagement tools.
