NuvemRx Launches Strategic Rebrand and Advisory Council in Bold Industry Shift

NuvemRx

SHARON HILL, PANuvem recently unveiled a new brand identity as NuvemRx and introduced its first advisory council, a move the company said will strengthen its role as a strategic partner for community health providers aiming to expand patient access and modernize pharmacy operations.

The rebrand reflects what the company described as a growing need to better integrate pharmacy services with frontline care delivery. Community-based pharmacies have become increasingly important in managing chronic conditions, improving medication adherence, and supporting underserved populations. NuvemRx said the updated identity aligns its name with its mission.

The newly formed advisory council includes executives from community health organizations nationwide, such as The HealthCare Connection, Greater Philadelphia Health Action, and the Public Health Management Corporation. The group will advise on best practices for transforming pharmacy care in community health centers as reimbursement models, regulatory expectations, and patient needs evolve.

“Based on feedback from our partners, we chose to invest in a clearer brand identity, but our mission to be a trusted source of support for CHPs remains the same,” said CEO Scott Seidlmann. He said the council will help ensure customer experience informs every operational and strategic decision as the company grows.

Council members include leaders with backgrounds in clinical operations, finance, and technology, reflecting the broader role pharmacies play in today’s care ecosystem. NuvemRx said the council will serve as a platform to design scalable models that connect high-quality care, sustainable revenue strategies, and technology modernization.

Brian Clark, CEO and executive director of Greater Philadelphia Health Action, said the collaboration will help community health providers keep pharmacies central to care delivery, even as federal programs like 340B face ongoing uncertainty. He described NuvemRx as a stabilizing partner capable of guiding organizations through regulatory and market shifts.

Alan Chan, chief pharmacy officer at Petaluma Health Center, said the industry needs smarter systems tailored to the realities of community health. He added that the council brings together leaders willing to rethink entrenched practices and translate new ideas into workable solutions.

NuvemRx said the rebrand and council launch mark an important step in building a comprehensive solution suite tailored to community health providers, with the goal of strengthening patient care and long-term operational viability.
