SHARON HILL, PA — Nuvem has announced the addition of three senior executives to its leadership team, bolstering its product, engineering, and financial operations as the company scales to meet growing demand for its pharmacy management services.
The new hires come at a pivotal time as community health providers face increasing challenges navigating evolving 340B regulations, payer restrictions, and manufacturer limitations. Nuvem has broadened its services beyond 340B compliance to offer advanced analytics, in-house pharmacy management, and operational support.
“Pharmacy matters now, more than ever,” said Scott Seidelmann, CEO of Nuvem. “With these new leaders in place, we’re doubling down on our commitment to deliver a seamless, mission-aligned experience for every customer.”
Key Leadership Appointments
- Jim Garretson, Chief Product Officer (CPO): With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare SaaS and service design, Garretson previously led product management and design at Omnicell, where he launched a unified cloud platform and Omnicell One, an AI-powered pharmacy optimization tool. At Nuvem, he will oversee product strategy and user experience to help community health centers evolve and serve patients more effectively.
- Michael Korthius, Chief Technology Officer (CTO): Korthius brings over two decades of engineering leadership, including his role as VP of Engineering at Omnicell, where he directed platform development for cloud-based pharmacy services. His focus at Nuvem will be on driving technological innovation to enhance customer support and deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
- Garret Albert, Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Albert has led financial strategy at high-growth healthcare and SaaS companies, including Mynd and One Medical. At Nuvem, he will guide sustainable financial operations while supporting long-term customer value and growth objectives.
Strategic Growth and Expanded Capabilities
These leadership changes mark a key phase in Nuvem’s expansion, following its acquisition of Louvir earlier this year to strengthen its analytics capabilities. The company plans to deepen investments in automation, analytics, and technology to help community health centers improve performance and financial resilience.
Seidelmann emphasized that these appointments position Nuvem to “scale smarter, move faster, and support providers in navigating complexity with confidence.”
With an enhanced leadership team and a broader service portfolio, Nuvem is positioning itself to play a central role in transforming pharmacy operations for community health providers nationwide.
