WILMINGTON, DE — DāSTOR LLC has been chosen as a strategic partner of the New Jersey Hospital Association, a move aimed at helping hospitals improve data governance, bolster regulatory compliance, and prepare for AI-driven healthcare. The agreement gives NJHA members access to DāSTOR’s infrastructure, backup, and data management services, beginning with its flagship platform, Scout™.
Scout™ is designed to address one of the sector’s most persistent challenges: controlling sprawling, unstructured data while protecting electronic protected health information. The platform classifies and cleans data, identifies risk exposures, and helps organizations reduce unnecessary storage costs, laying a stronger foundation for secure analytics and AI adoption.
“Healthcare data environments are among the most complex and highly regulated,” said Kevin Mulqueen, founder and CEO of DāSTOR. He said the partnership will help hospitals “gain greater control over their data, reduce risk exposure, and strengthen the integrity of their systems.”
The collaboration aligns with NJHA’s push to accelerate technology modernization across its member hospitals. In addition to Scout™, the association’s members will have access to DāSTOR’s hybrid cloud, colocation, and disaster recovery services as the rollout progresses.
“Protecting patient information and ensuring data integrity are top priorities for every hospital in our membership,” said Cathy Bennett, NJHA president and CEO. “Partnering with DāSTOR gives our members access to practical tools that simplify data management, support HIPAA compliance, and enable hospitals to move forward with greater trust in their information and AI-driven initiatives.”
The phased rollout is expected to begin in the coming months, with Scout™ adoption serving as the first step in the larger partnership.
