Brian Woodring, joining from Rocket Mortgage, where he served as Head of Technology, brings extensive expertise in digital integration, IT infrastructure, and the application of artificial intelligence within the mortgage industry. Woodring has developed influential tools and systems that have redefined servicing and originations. At Newrez, he will spearhead technology initiatives, aiming to elevate digital products and optimize the customer experience.
Felicia Grumet, who joined Newrez in 2024, has been promoted internally to CFO. Previously serving as the company’s Chief Information Officer, Grumet applied technological insights to enhance operational efficiencies and support the company’s focus on cost leadership and digital transformation.
