WARMINSTER, PA — Signature Systems, Inc. said it has entered a new partnership with Gaming Hospitality Solutions, expanding fuel pump activation and authorization capabilities across gas station convenience stores and gaming properties nationwide.
The integration allows convenience store point-of-sale systems connected to fueling stations to activate pumps and authorize fuel purchases directly through PDQ POS, Gaming Hospitality Solutions’ core platform. The move extends PDQ POS functionality beyond traditional retail and gaming environments, linking fuel operations into a unified transaction and management system.
Gaming Hospitality Solutions said the fuel pump functionality was built into PDQ POS from the ground up, emphasizing speed, reliability, and an improved user experience. The platform supports point-of-sale operations, casino and property management, fuel pumps, signage, and related systems across casino, cruise, and convenience store industries.
Company executives framed the partnership as a way to give operators more flexibility as they modernize their technology stacks.
“This partnership with SSI enables GHS to offer our customers even more choices as they build the operations and guest experience that best fits their properties,” said Tim Rod, president and chief operating officer of Gaming Hospitality Solutions. He added that both companies bring decades of industry experience to the collaboration.
The integration was first deployed at Osage Casino Hotel locations, with additional casino rollouts expected in 2026 as more properties adopt the combined platform.
Signature Systems said the partnership aligns with growing demand from gaming operators, particularly tribal casinos, for flexible and scalable IT solutions. The company noted that it has added more than 40 casino customers over the past five years, reflecting what it described as increasing emphasis on choice and performance in gaming technology environments.
“This integration with GHS is important to so many gaming properties, particularly tribal gaming properties,” said John White, executive vice president and chief technology officer of Signature Systems. “Our growing customer base proves just how much the gaming industry values choice and quality in its IT environments.”
The agreement positions both companies to compete more aggressively as casinos and convenience retailers look to consolidate systems, streamline transactions, and improve the customer experience across fuel, gaming, and retail operations.
