JENKINTOWN, PA — National Philanthropic Trust (NPT) has appointed Tom Brilli as its first Chief Product Officer (CPO), a newly created role designed to strengthen product innovation and enhance the donor experience across the organization’s donor-advised fund offerings.

Brilli will lead NPT’s product management team, bringing with him extensive experience in financial services and philanthropy. Most recently, he served as Executive Director and Head of Donor-Advised Funds at J.P. Morgan, where he oversaw the bank’s donor-advised fund program across three business lines. His tenure also included guiding the regulatory rollout of Dodd-Frank rules and spearheading product development for institutional clients in the U.S. and Latin America.

Holly Welch Stubbing, President and CEO of NPT, said the appointment reflects the organization’s growing emphasis on innovation and client service. “As part of our continued commitment to innovation and focus on customer experience, NPT has established a dedicated CPO role on our Executive Team—an essential step in shaping our future and delivering impactful solutions to those we serve,” she said.

Welch Stubbing added that Brilli’s career reflects a track record of customer-centered transformation. “Throughout his career, Tom has consistently driven customer-focused business transformation and product innovation across complex, global organizations. We’re excited to add Tom to the team and welcome his vision, energy, and leadership,” she said.
