DEVON, PA — Mullen Coughlin LLC has announced that Dennis N. Lueck, CIPP/US, has joined the firm as a Senior Partner in its Litigation practice, bringing two decades of experience handling privacy, data security, and regulatory enforcement matters.
Lueck, a trial attorney with extensive regulatory and courtroom experience, has represented clients in proceedings before agencies including the California Department of Consumer Affairs, New York Department of Financial Services, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In his new role, he will represent organizations in third-party privacy and security disputes, as well as in complex regulatory investigations.

Based in Colorado and licensed in multiple states, including California and New York, Lueck is also admitted to practice in several federal courts across the country. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Utah. As a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, he holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential.
