Mid Penn Bank Taps Veteran Treasury Leader to Expand Philadelphia Reach

MILLERSBURG, PA — Mid Penn Bank (Nasdaq: MPB) announced that Vivian Denkins has joined the institution as vice president and cash management officer, strengthening the bank’s growing presence in the greater Philadelphia market.

Based at Mid Penn Bank’s new Logan Square office in Philadelphia, Denkins will support business clients across the region by delivering cash management and treasury solutions. She will report to Abe Ibrahim, first senior vice president and regional president of the Philadelphia City region.

Denkins brings more than 15 years of experience in treasury management, sales enablement, and strategic consulting within the financial services industry. Most recently, she served as vice president and treasury management officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she supported treasury initiatives for life sciences clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic, focusing on consultative solutions tailored to growth and operational efficiency.

Her prior experience includes roles at Provident Bank, PNC Bank, and Wells Fargo, where she worked across treasury services, sales consulting, and project management functions.

In addition to her banking background, Denkins holds a Master of Science in information management with a concentration in cybersecurity and a Master of Arts in professional organizational communication from La Salle University, along with a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from North Carolina State University. She is a Certified Treasury Professional.

Denkins also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Philadelphia, teaching courses in leadership, business professionalism, and project management. She is active as a regional project manager with the Association for Financial Professionals and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Philadelphia.
