MILLERSBURG, PA — Mid Penn Bank has announced the appointment of Rochelle Grey, CFP®, CTFA, as vice president and trust relationship manager in its Trust and Wealth Management division. Based in the bank’s Wyomissing office, Grey will serve clients across the Berks, Lehigh, and Philadelphia regions, as well as in New Jersey.
Grey brings more than two decades of experience in wealth management and fiduciary services. Her background includes investment planning, business succession, and legacy strategy—critical areas for individuals and families looking to preserve and grow generational wealth.
Prior to joining Mid Penn Bank, Grey held the role of regional trust advisor at Truist Wealth, where she managed fiduciary relationships across Pennsylvania and Maryland. Her leadership and client service excellence earned her recognition as a top producer. Her career also includes senior roles at RKL Wealth Management, Wells Fargo Private Bank, and Wilmington Trust.

Grey holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Alvernia University. She is both a Certified Financial Planner™ and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor—credentials that underscore her technical expertise and commitment to fiduciary standards.
Active in the community, Grey serves as treasurer for the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley and the Berks Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association – Women Excelling. She also contributes to the Power of the Purse Steering Committee and is a member of the Berks County Community Foundation’s Door Opener Society.
Grey lives in Exeter Township with her husband, Glenn, and their son, Shane. A Penn State football fan, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Her appointment comes as Mid Penn Bank continues to deepen its trust and wealth management capabilities across its growing regional footprint.
