Mental Health in Your Pocket: New App Promises 24/7 Help for Workers

Reliance Matrix

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Reliance Matrix announced the launch of a new mobile application aimed at reshaping how employees and their families access mental health and wellness support, unveiling a digital tool that places counseling, guidance, and live assistance just a tap away.

Developed in partnership with AllOne Health, the AllOne Health App is now available to all Employee Assistance Program customers. The platform is designed to give covered users immediate, secure access to a full range of EAP services anytime and anywhere, reflecting the growing demand for flexible, technology-driven care.

The app allows members to self-schedule virtual counseling sessions, eliminating traditional barriers such as phone calls or office-hour restrictions. Users can also turn to “Izzy,” an AI-powered mental health navigator that offers real-time, personalized guidance and helps steer individuals toward appropriate next steps based on their needs.

Beyond live counseling and AI support, the app houses a library of on-demand self-help resources, including self-guided therapy programs, educational articles, videos, assessments, and practical tools. For those who prefer human interaction, live assistance is available around the clock, ensuring that help is never out of reach.

“Mobile apps are part of everyday life for so many of us, so it makes a ton of sense to put the resources and support offered by AllOne Health in the palm of every employee’s hand,” said Kevin Cranston, vice president of product development and market insights at Reliance Matrix. He said the goal was to create a hassle-free way for individuals to manage life’s challenges and access support when they need it most.

Company leaders say the launch builds on a broader push to give users greater control over their mental health journey while delivering a seamless and personalized experience. The collaboration reflects an industry-wide shift toward blending digital tools with traditional care models to expand reach and responsiveness.

He described the platform as a next-generation EAP experience that combines self-scheduling, digital resources, AI-driven guidance, and live human support in a single, always-available system.

The companies said the app is expected to roll out to millions of employees and family members nationwide, marking a significant step in the evolution of employee well-being services as employers increasingly look to technology to meet rising mental health needs.
