MD Capital Secures Financing to Support Staffing Firm and Preserve 700 Jobs

PHILADELPHIA, PA — MD Capital announced it has arranged and closed a new capital facility for a staffing and workforce solutions provider that integrates proprietary AI tools. The funding is being used to stabilize operations, expand recruiting capacity, enhance AI-driven talent acquisition technology, and retire existing debt.

The move directly preserves more than 700 jobs in the U.S. and abroad. Proceeds will also provide working capital, support strategic hiring, and strengthen the company’s ability to meet demand.
