McNees Wallace & Nurick Expands Team with Energy Attorney Victoria A. Geddis

RADNOR, PA — McNees Wallace & Nurick this week announced that Victoria A. Geddis has joined the firm’s Radnor office, bringing extensive expertise in energy, utility, and environmental law to the team.

Geddis will focus on advising clients across industrial and commercial sectors on critical issues such as energy and water rates, regulatory compliance, procurement strategies, and litigation. Her background includes managing consumer complaint proceedings before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, supporting counsel on rate cases, and overseeing multistate compliance filings and rulemaking efforts.

Before joining McNees, Geddis served in regulatory roles within the energy industry, further developing her proficiency in navigating complex legal and operational challenges. She also gained experience drafting litigation documents and conducting investigations in subrogation proceedings during her time as a law clerk for a Philadelphia-based firm.

Geddis is a graduate of Temple University’s law program and holds a bachelor’s degree from Arcadia University. Her addition strengthens McNees Wallace & Nurick’s ability to deliver tailored solutions to clients navigating energy and environmental challenges.
