RADNOR, PA — McNees Wallace & Nurick announced this week that fiduciary litigator Elena Baylarian has joined the firm’s Litigation and Estate Planning groups in its Radnor office.
The firm said Baylarian will represent corporate and individual fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders in disputes involving trusts, estates, and fiduciary administration.
Her practice includes will contests, guardianships, power-of-attorney disputes, trust litigation, and other proceedings in Pennsylvania’s Orphans’ Court, according to the firm.
Baylarian also handles commercial litigation matters, including business and contract disputes.
Before joining McNees, she handled civil and Orphans’ Court cases across Eastern Pennsylvania.
“Elena is a sophisticated litigator whose arrival reflects our commitment to maintaining a premier fiduciary litigation team across Pennsylvania,” said Kendra McGuire, a member of the firm’s Litigation and Estate Planning groups.
Baylarian earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin and Marshall College.
McNees said Baylarian joins a fiduciary litigation team that includes Alison Smith in Pittsburgh, Daniel Hicks in Radnor, and Caitlin Demiral in Harrisburg.
The firm said its broader Litigation Group has also expanded with recent additions in several offices.
McNees Wallace & Nurick, founded in 1935, has more than 150 attorneys and serves clients from offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
