PHILADELPHIA, PAMcAdam, a national financial services firm headquartered in Philadelphia, has once again secured a place on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. The 2025 recognition marks the firm’s seventh appearance on the list and its sixth consecutive year earning the distinction.

The annual Inc. 5000 ranking, first published in 1982, spotlights the nation’s most successful independent businesses, often serving as a launchpad for companies that go on to become industry leaders. Past honorees include Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Patagonia, and Under Armour.

McAdam ranked No. 3,182 in the 2025 edition, which reflects companies that have demonstrated rapid revenue growth despite a challenging economic climate characterized by inflation, shifting global dynamics, and labor market uncertainty. Collectively, this year’s honorees have created 48,678 jobs over the past three years.
