PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Mann Center for the Performing Arts has announced the addition of Kevin Beale and Larry Wiltshire to its Board of Directors. With their extensive experience in business development, strategic consulting, and community service, the two leaders are expected to play a pivotal role in advancing the Mann’s mission of artistic and cultural innovation.
“We are excited to welcome Kevin and Larry, whose expertise spans industries and communities,” said Catherine M. Cahill, president and CEO of the Mann. “These dynamic leaders have insight that will be invaluable as we continue to expand our artistic programming and community reach, all while serving as a cultural resource for our Philadelphia and Parkside neighbors.”
Kevin Beale, the Philadelphia Phillies senior director of Business Development & Suite Sales at Citizens Bank Park, brings a robust background in event production and corporate partnerships. He has been instrumental in hosting major concerts featuring artists like Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, and Elton John, and managing key relationships within Philadelphia’s sports community. Beale emphasized the personal significance of his new role at the Mann, stating, “As someone who was born in Philadelphia and raised just outside the city, it’s incredibly meaningful to support an institution like the Mann that brings world-class performances and community programming to our region. I’m honored to join the board and contribute to advancing a mission that aligns with my passion for music, people and the outdoors.”
Larry Wiltshire, managing partner at boutique consulting firm Eastmond Parker, offers expertise in navigating complex financial regulations and advising businesses on strategic decisions. With over 15 years of experience in roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank, and EY, Wiltshire also has a strong record of community involvement, serving on the board of North10 and teaching at New York University. “I work at the intersection of strategy and public service and look forward to supporting the Mann’s mission and broadening their impact across the region,” Wiltshire stated. “It’s an honor to contribute to an organization that not only showcases incredible performances, but invests in education and community.”
Beale and Wiltshire’s appointments highlight the Mann Center’s commitment to fostering leadership that enhances both artistic programming and community engagement. Their combined expertise will play a vital role in shaping the organization’s future while deepening its connections within the Philadelphia region.
