MANAYUNK, PA — One of Philadelphia’s biggest and most anticipated food events is set to take over Main Street once again as the Manayunk StrEAT Food Festival returns this spring with its largest lineup yet.
Scheduled for Sunday, April 19, the all-day festival will bring together more than 85 food trucks and vendors, along with artists, musicians, and local businesses, transforming the historic corridor into a lively celebration of food and community.
A Food Lover’s Dream on Main Street
From classic comfort foods to global street fare, the festival offers something for every palate. Visitors can sample everything from tacos, dumplings, lobster rolls, and burgers to sweet treats like pound cake, funnel cakes, and gourmet cookies.
The event has grown significantly this year, featuring more than 150 participating businesses, including food vendors, artists, and local shops—making it one of the largest one-day food festivals in the region.
Favorites like Cousins Maine Lobster, Humpty’s Dumplings, Deke’s BBQ, Wokworks, and The Famous 4th Street Cookie Company will be among the many vendors serving up crowd-pleasing dishes throughout the day.
Music, Makers, and Family Fun
Beyond the food, the festival offers a full lineup of entertainment and activities. Two stages—located at Green Lane and Shurs Lane—will host six live music acts throughout the day, creating a festive backdrop for the event.
Shoppers can browse a curated selection of local artists and makers offering handmade goods, accessories, and home décor, while Manayunk’s shops, bars, and restaurants will join in with specials and promotions.
New this year, an expanded family-friendly area near Lock Street will provide additional space for kids and families to relax and enjoy activities, including a bounce house, seating areas, and kid-focused programming.
A Community Celebration to Kick Off Spring
With Main Street closed to traffic for the day, visitors can explore the neighborhood on foot, taking in the sights, sounds, and flavors of one of the city’s most vibrant communities.
Recognized as one of the largest food truck festivals in Pennsylvania—and among the biggest in the country—the StrEAT Festival continues to draw thousands of visitors each year, marking the unofficial start of Philadelphia’s spring festival season.
