PHILADELPHIA, PA — Lyric announced that Ravi Umarji has been named president, expanding his leadership role as the company continues to grow its payment accuracy platform for health plans.
Umarji, who has served as chief financial officer and chief strategy officer since 2024, will oversee enterprise-wide operations and execution of the company’s strategy, the company said.

Umarji said he plans to continue developing the company’s products and partnerships.
“Lyric is uniquely positioned to transform healthcare,” he said. “We’re just at the beginning.”
The company said Umarji has played a key role in shaping its growth strategy and expanding its product portfolio, including its Lyric42 platform.
As president and chief financial officer, he will continue overseeing financial operations while guiding broader company initiatives.
Lyric provides payment integrity technology for health plans, focusing on improving claims accuracy and reducing unnecessary healthcare spending.
The company said its platform integrates with systems covering approximately 190 million lives and is built on decades of clinical and payment expertise.
