CHALFONT, PA — Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE: TOL) has opened sales at Birch Run at New Britain, a new luxury townhome community in Chalfont that brings modern, move-in-ready housing to one of Bucks County’s most sought-after corridors, with the first homes slated for delivery this spring.

The publicly traded homebuilder announced that its on-site sales center near 101 Brianna Court is now welcoming buyers, offering three-story townhomes with open-concept designs, more than 2,000 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, flex rooms, and two-car garages. Prices start in the mid-$500,000s.

According to the company, several quick move-in homes are already available, each outfitted with designer-selected features curated through the Toll Brothers Design Studio. Those residences are expected to be completed as early as this spring, positioning the community for families aiming to relocate ahead of the 2026–27 school year.
