LITITZ, PA — Listrak has formed a partnership with Rivo, a retention platform for Shopify Plus, to help retailers strengthen customer loyalty, boost engagement, and increase revenue through deeper personalization.
The integration combines Rivo’s loyalty, referral, and membership programs with Listrak’s marketing automation tools, giving retailers real-time access to loyalty data for more targeted campaigns.
With loyalty balances, tier status, and referral activity flowing directly into Listrak, marketers can tailor email and SMS communications, trigger campaigns from events such as tier upgrades or point expirations, and embed customer-specific referral links into messages.
“Given the high cost of new customer acquisition, it is imperative that retailers convert first-time buyers into repeat shoppers,” said Leah Beitler, vice president of partnerships and ecosystem at Listrak. “Through our integration, consumers can instantly be recognized for the VIPs they are, creating a personalized online shopping experience that mirrors the recognition of a favorite salesperson in-store.”
