SELLERSVILLE, PA — Sellersville Borough announced that utility construction on Lawn Avenue will result in long-term closures and detours in West Rockhill Township and Sellersville Borough, Bucks County, beginning Monday, October 6.
From October 6 through April 30, 2026, Lawn Avenue will be closed and detoured on weekdays between Maple Avenue and Noble Street from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Passenger vehicles will be directed to Maple Avenue, Farmers Lane, and Lawn Avenue, while trucks will follow Noble Street, Main Street, and Route 563 (Ridge Road).
In addition, Lawn Avenue will be closed nightly between Life Mark Drive and Almont Road from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with all traffic detoured via Noble Street, Main Street, and Route 563. A weekday lane closure with flagging will also be in effect between Noble Street and Life Mark Drive from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Local access will be maintained, but motorists should expect delays and allow extra time. All work is weather dependent.
