PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced a series of resurfacing and pavement repair operations next week on state highways in Bucks and Philadelphia counties, part of a broader initiative to restore over 200 miles of roadway throughout the five-county region.

In Bucks County, Route 413 (Durham Road) will undergo milling, paving, and utility work from Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25. Lane closures with flagging will be in effect from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM between Dark Hollow Road and U.S. 202 in Bedminster, Buckingham, and Plumstead townships.

In Philadelphia, weekday lane closures will be in place on Route 611 (Broad Street) in both directions between Washington Avenue and Oregon Avenue from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for pavement repairs.

Additionally, overnight lane closures are planned on Kelly Drive between 25th Street and Ridge Avenue from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM to accommodate milling operations.

Motorists should anticipate delays and are encouraged to allow additional travel time when navigating through these active work zones. All activities are weather dependent.
