MIDDLETOWN TWP, PA — PennDOT announced that weekday lane closures will continue next week on Woodbourne Road and Langhorne-Yardley Road in Middletown Township as part of a $10.9 million project aimed at easing congestion and improving safety at key intersections.
From Thursday, October 30, through Friday, November 7, lane closures with flagging will be in effect from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Woodbourne Road between Kilburn Road and Core Creek Park, and on Langhorne-Yardley Road between Bridgetown Pike and Briggs Road.
The project includes realigning roadways, adding turn lanes, upgrading signals, and enhancing pedestrian and cyclist access. Construction is expected to continue through early 2026.
Drivers should anticipate delays and plan additional travel time. All work is weather dependent.
