MIDDLETOWN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that weekday lane closures will take place this month on two busy routes in Middletown Township, Bucks County, as part of ongoing roadway construction and maintenance.
From Monday, November 10, through Monday, December 1, periodic lane closures with flagging will occur on Langhorne-Yardley Road between Bridgetown Pike and Briggs Road, as well as on Woodbourne Road between Kilburn Road and the entrance to Core Creek Park. Work hours will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each weekday.
Drivers should plan for delays and allow extra travel time when passing through the affected areas. PennDOT advises that all scheduled activities are weather dependent.
The improvements are part of PennDOT’s regional effort to enhance roadway safety, ensure smoother driving surfaces, and maintain infrastructure throughout Bucks County’s high-traffic corridors.
