Lane Closure Planned on Northbound I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia for Inlet Repairs

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced scheduled inlet repair work next week on northbound Interstate 95 in Northeast Philadelphia, a critical corridor for regional traffic.

From Monday, July 7, through Friday, July 11, drivers can expect a weekday left lane closure from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM between the Academy Road Interchange and the Bucks County line. PennDOT is advising motorists to plan for added travel time and potential delays while crews complete the maintenance.
