LANSDOWNE, PA — Drivers traveling through Lansdowne Borough should prepare for weekday delays later this month as PennDOT crews install new roadway signage along Baltimore Avenue as part of a regional safety project.

According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, a daytime lane closure will be in place at the Baltimore Avenue intersection with Mansfield Road and Martin Drive while crews install new traffic signage.

The work is part of a $3.5 million project to install lane departure safety improvements across the five-county Philadelphia region aimed at reducing fatal and serious injury crashes.
