CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Keriton announced it has been acquired by Natus Sensory, a global provider of sensory and newborn care solutions, in a move aimed at expanding technology and clinical support across neonatal and pediatric care settings.
Under the agreement, Keriton will become part of Natus Sensory’s Newborn Care portfolio, with the companies emphasizing continued innovation, close collaboration with clinicians, and long-term customer support. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Joining Natus Sensory marks an exciting next chapter for Keriton, accelerating adoption of our mission-critical platform,” Keriton CEO Adam Dakin said. He said the combination aligns both companies around improving care for newborns and supporting clinicians and families, while allowing Keriton to scale its technology through Natus’ global reach and resources.
Natus Sensory CEO Peter Reimer said the acquisition brings together two organizations with closely aligned missions. He pointed to Keriton’s work in feeding safety and clinical workflow support in neonatal intensive care units and pediatric settings as a strong strategic fit with Natus’ focus on newborn care. Reimer said the deal strengthens Natus Sensory’s Newborn Care portfolio and reinforces its role as a long-term partner to hospitals and care teams.
The companies said integrating Keriton’s platform with Natus Sensory’s existing offerings — including hearing and vision screening devices, jaundice phototherapy systems, NicView video monitoring, and Neometrics case management and reporting software — will give hospitals access to a more unified ecosystem for newborn care.
Executives said the combined capabilities are intended to help health systems improve safety, efficiency, and outcomes for newborns, while supporting clinicians with technology designed for use in high-acuity care environments.
