PHILADELPHIA, PA — IntegriChain announced a significant leadership transition within its Product and Technology organization, appointing Shai Fiss as Chief AI and Technology Officer (CAIO & CTO), effective August 18, 2025. Concurrently, longtime Chief Technology Officer Brad Burget will assume the role of CTO Emeritus.
The move underscores IntegriChain’s focus on accelerating innovation and embedding advanced automation across its platform to meet evolving customer needs. As CAIO & CTO, Fiss will oversee the company’s entire Product and Technology organization, leading initiatives to integrate AI into customer net revenue workflows and commercial data management.
“We are at a pivotal moment, with customers asking for our answers to the innovation explosion in AI,” said Josh Halpern, CEO of IntegriChain. “Shai’s expertise will be instrumental in generating a new approach to embedding automation and guiding our next chapter of growth. His leadership will accelerate execution across the full product lifecycle while ensuring deep technical leadership remains at the core of our strategy.”
Fiss brings extensive experience in building and scaling SaaS and enterprise platforms, with a particular focus on AI-driven solutions for healthcare operations and product development. “I am passionate about transforming healthcare through intelligent, human-centered digital platforms,” Fiss said. “My mission is to advance and scale our core technologies to streamline operations, accelerate decision-making, and deliver next-generation digital experiences.”
Burget, who has served as CTO for more than a decade, will take on a new role leading the company’s channel transformation program, a key strategic initiative designed to enhance capabilities and deepen customer value.
“Brad’s leadership contributions have been instrumental in our incredible progress and achievements, solidifying us as a market leader and innovator,” Halpern added.
