KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — A taste of Tuscany is coming to King of Prussia this spring as Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse prepares to host a special Bellemille Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dinner celebrating Italian flavors, craftsmanship, and the story behind a Pennsylvania-born olive oil brand.

Set for Tuesday evening, March 25, the multi-course dinner will spotlight Bellemille extra virgin olive oil across a series of seasonal dishes inspired by Italian cuisine. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet Alexa Dombkoski, founder of the Bellemille brand, who will attend the dinner to share the story behind her Florence-based olive oil venture.

Dombkoski, a Pennsylvania native who studied abroad in Italy, launched Bellemille during the pandemic with a goal of connecting American kitchens with estate-grown olive oil produced in the hills of Tuscany. Today, the brand highlights traditional harvesting and production methods while embracing modern Italian culinary culture.

“Olive oil in Italy is not just an ingredient—it is a daily ritual,” Dombkoski said. “This dinner is about bringing that ritual to Philadelphia and inviting people to experience the depth and elegance of truly estate-grown oil.”

Throughout the evening, Davio’s chefs will incorporate Bellemille’s single-estate extra virgin olive oil into each course, demonstrating how the ingredient enhances everything from seafood and handmade pasta to steak and dessert.

Guests will begin with a welcome course featuring fresh artichoke and almond crema before moving into dishes such as tuna carpaccio with pistachios and crispy capers, egg fettuccine with morel mushrooms and truffle butter, and a 55-day wet-aged prime strip steak served with potato gateau and bordelaise. The meal will conclude with a semolina olive oil cake paired with lemon gelato.
