INOVIO Pharmaceuticals

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — INOVIO (NASDAQ: INO) has announced its participation in a series of high-profile conferences in May, where it will showcase pivotal data on its lead DNA immunotherapy candidate, INO-3107. These presentations underline the company’s commitment to advancing innovative treatments for recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP) and other challenging conditions.

Starting with the Citizens JMP Life Sciences Conference in New York on May 8, INOVIO’s senior representatives will engage in a fireside chat at 11:30 a.m. EDT, reflecting on their progress and strategic outlook in the life sciences field.

On May 9, the company will take the stage at the European Laryngological Society Annual Congress in Warsaw, Poland. This oral presentation focuses on how INO-3107’s DNA immunotherapy generates a targeted immune response, reducing the need for surgery in 81% of adult RRP patients during the first year of treatment.

Further insights into the immunotherapy’s effectiveness will be shared at the American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, on May 13. The poster abstract session will highlight how INO-3107’s success is unaffected by variations in papilloma microenvironment or molecular subtype.

Culminating its conference schedule, INOVIO will present long-term clinical data on INO-3107’s durability and effectiveness at the American Broncho-Esophagological Association (ABEA) program during the Combined Otolaryngology Spring Meetings (COSM) in New Orleans on May 15. This presentation will focus on how the therapy addresses RRP caused by HPV types 6 and 11, potentially offering patients lasting relief from this chronic disease.

These presentations mark a significant step forward in INOVIO’s mission to develop pioneering DNA immunotherapies, building momentum for future advancements in treating HPV-related diseases.
