On U.S. 1, lane closures will occur in both directions approaching the I-295 interchange during daytime hours as crews perform concrete painting on the overhead bridge.

Drivers should plan extra time, expect delays, and consider alternate routes when traveling through South Philadelphia overnight or Bucks County during midday hours.

The work is part of a $37.4 million project to repair bridge decks, structural components, and substructures along key corridors, while also upgrading lighting and maintaining overhead sign structures.
