- Roads Affected: I-95 South, I-676 East ramp to I-95 South
- Dates: Sunday, April 12 – Thursday, April 16

From Sunday night through early Thursday morning, I-95 South will be closed between the I-676 Central Philadelphia/Callowhill Street (Exit 22) and Washington Avenue/Columbus Boulevard (Exit 20) interchanges.
Drivers will be directed to exit at I-676 West (Exit 22), turn left onto Callowhill Street, then right onto Columbus Boulevard, before rejoining I-95 South via the ramp at Water and Morris streets.
The ramp from I-676 East to I-95 South will also be closed during the same overnight hours. Motorists will be directed to take the 6th Street exit, turn left onto Race Street, then right onto Columbus Boulevard, and re-enter I-95 South at Water and Morris streets.
The closures are part of the $329 million I-95 CAP project, which will expand and cover sections of the interstate between Chestnut and Walnut streets. Crews will be installing overhead structures and performing utility work.
Plan extra time, expect delays, and consider alternate routes if traveling through Center City overnight.
