HR’s AI Power Players Headline IAMPHENOM 2026 in Philadelphia

Phenom

PHILADELPHIA, PAPhenom has unveiled the first wave of speakers for IAMPHENOM 2026, positioning the March event as a marquee gathering for human resources leaders focused on applied artificial intelligence and automation at scale.

The three-day conference, scheduled for March 10 through March 12 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, is expected to draw more than 3,000 professionals spanning talent acquisition, talent management, HRIT, and the executive suite. Organizers describe it as the only HR conference dedicated exclusively to mastering applied AI and automation, with a focus on practical use cases rather than theory.

Phenom said attendees will engage directly with practitioners who are actively deploying AI across recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development. Sessions are designed to feature hands-on demonstrations, applied AI agents built specifically for HR, and real-world strategies for scaling operations, building skills frameworks, and integrating complex technology stacks.

Christina Brown, vice president and general manager of global customer value at Phenom, said the speaker lineup reflects a deliberate focus on execution over experimentation. She said presenters will share candid accounts of what has worked, what has not, and how organizations are solving real problems using AI in HR and IT environments.

The initial speaker roster includes senior HR and talent leaders from organizations across healthcare, financial services, higher education, retail, logistics, and insurance. Among those slated to appear are executives and practitioners from Alight Solutions, Bright Horizons, Duke University Health System, Dutch Bros Coffee, Regions Bank, United Airlines, Truist, WEX, and Varsity Brands, among others.

Phenom said additional speakers will be announced in the coming weeks as the agenda continues to take shape. The company is offering early registration discounts through the end of December, as it looks to build momentum for what it expects to be one of the largest HR-focused AI events of the year.

The conference comes as organizations across industries accelerate adoption of AI-driven tools in workforce management, increasing demand for practical guidance on governance, scalability, and measurable business impact.
