Lasus has been named a 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100 Hall of Fame honoree and a 2025 Ernst & Young (EY) Entrepreneur Of The Year® Greater Philadelphia award winner.
The Titan 100 Hall of Fame distinction, reserved for leaders who have been named to the Titan 100 list for three consecutive years, highlights Lasus’s exceptional leadership and impact on both the business and community levels. The Titan 100 program honors the region’s most accomplished CEOs and executives, with the 2025 honorees collectively representing companies that employ over 111,000 people and generate more than $145 billion annually.
Days after his induction into the Hall of Fame, Lasus was honored as an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year award winner for Greater Philadelphia. This long-running program evaluates business leaders on their ability to foster innovation, create long-term value, and lead with purpose. Judges considered Lasus’s successful transformation of Heart + Paw, highlighting his innovative mindset and dedication to growth.

Under Lasus’s leadership, Heart + Paw has achieved impressive growth. The pet care company, now with 29 locations across 10 states, experienced record-setting performance in 2024. Highlights include faster-than-industry average growth in veterinary care appointment volumes, increased client retention rates, and renovations at five locations, including rebranding efforts and expanded grooming services. The company also launched an online pharmacy to improve care continuity and was named a Great Place to Work® for the fourth consecutive year.
