BLUE BELL, PA — Health Advocate recently appointed Kathy Richardson as president to oversee operations and support the company’s growth and product development, the company announced.
Richardson will lead operational strategy and execution as the company expands its health and well-being services, according to Health Advocate.
She has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and technology leadership roles and most recently served as head of transformation and vice president of client success at the company.
In that role, Richardson was involved in advancing strategic initiatives and improving client and member services, the company said.
Health Advocate has recently introduced new offerings, including Embody, a digital platform combining technology with support services, and Care Connect, a system designed to connect members with healthcare providers.
Richardson said the company is continuing to develop tools aimed at improving how members access and navigate healthcare services.

Jeff Cordell will continue as chief executive officer of Health Advocate and will also serve as CEO of ZP Better Together, a Teleperformance company focused on communication services for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
Health Advocate provides healthcare navigation and support services to employers and their members, offering personalized assistance and data-driven tools to help users manage healthcare needs.
