Have You Seen These 6 Suspects? Philadelphia Police Department Needs Your Help

PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying six suspects involved in a shooting that occurred at Penn’s Landing on Friday, February 10, 2023, at 8:00 PM.

The shooting left two victims injured, and authorities are hoping that someone will be able to identify the suspects based on the footage captured by surveillance cameras at the RiverRink.

Suspect Description:

  • Suspect #1: Black teenaged male, gray puffy jacket, black hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, gray sneakers.
  • Suspect #2: Black teenage male, black jacket, gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, gray sneakers and gray mask.
  • Suspect #3: Black teenaged male, wearing a black Under Armour long sleeve shirt, gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, gray sneakers, afro, light blue medical mask.
  • Suspect #4: Black teenaged male, tall, wearing a navy bubble jacket, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, gray sneakers.
  • Suspect #5: Black teenaged female, short, wearing a black hooded jacket, gray pants, waist length black dreadlocks, black slides.
  • Suspect #6: Black teenaged female, short, wearing a red jacket, light blue jeans, eyeglasses, white and black sneakers.
