CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Hamilton Lane (Nasdaq: HLNE) has unveiled the Hamilton Lane Venture Capital and Growth Fund (HLVCG), an evergreen investment vehicle designed to provide U.S. investors, including high-net-worth individuals and institutions, with access to the firm’s robust global venture capital platform.

Structured under the Investment Act of 1940 (“40 Act”), HLVCG seeks to break barriers for investors traditionally locked out of private market opportunities. The fund offers exposure to disruptive technologies and innovative businesses through a diversified portfolio spanning transaction type, strategy, geography, and manager selection. It also leverages Hamilton Lane’s expertise in co-investments and secondaries to secure compelling deal flow.

The fund aims to deliver strong returns alongside flexibility, providing upfront capital deployment, curated investments, and easy liquidity options. “With the launch of the HLVCG, we’re excited to open the door for a broader set of investors to access this high-quality portfolio of innovative, high-growth technology companies that are out of reach in the public markets,” said Miguel Luiña, Co-Head of Venture and Growth Equity at Hamilton Lane.

This initiative marks a significant extension of Hamilton Lane’s $10 billion evergreen platform, reinforcing its mission to broaden access to private markets investments. Mike Woollatt, Head of Americas Client Solutions, noted, “The fund is a natural extension of our commitment to help broaden access to high-quality private markets opportunities, and we believe it will resonate with investors across the U.S. who are increasingly seeking access to this part of the private markets.”

Hamilton Lane’s new fund aims to create opportunities for investors to diversify portfolios, gain exposure to innovative businesses, and capitalize on the potential for high returns in a dynamic market segment.
