The rollout underscores Gopuff’s strategy of leveraging its vertically integrated supply chain to deliver faster, more transparent service at lower cost than third-party delivery platforms.

Key updates include:

- Order transparency with item-by-item updates from packers, delivery partner vehicle details, and live fulfillment center video streams.
- Streamlined navigation with a redesigned interface, mega-menu categories, nutrition details, and multilingual search with predictive results.
The company emphasized its integrated model as a competitive advantage. By owning inventory and fulfillment centers, Gopuff achieves a 99.5% order accuracy rate—compared to 70% for third-party platforms—and claims prices are on average 30% lower.
While the redesign is web-focused, Gopuff said several of the new features will be extended to its app in the coming months.
