GLOBO Elevates Two Senior Leaders as CFO and COO Amid Continued Growth

GLOBO Language Solutions

PHILADELPHIA, PA — GLOBO Language Solutions announced the promotions of two long-tenured senior executives, naming Matthew Ficca as chief financial officer and Elizabeth Robeck as chief operating officer, as the company continues to scale its operations and leadership structure.

Ficca, a certified public accountant, was elevated from senior vice president of finance and administration, while Robeck was promoted from senior vice president of operations. Both executives have served the company for more than four years and have been closely involved in building the systems and leadership capacity supporting GLOBO’s growth.

“We are pleased to congratulate Matt and Elizabeth on these well-deserved promotions,” said Dipak Patel, chief executive officer of GLOBO. “Together, they’ve put the structure, processes, and leadership bench in place that allow GLOBO to scale with confidence.”

Patel said Ficca’s role has expanded well beyond finance, noting his involvement with the board of directors, transaction execution, financing efforts, and leadership development.

“Matt’s impact has extended well beyond leading Finance, HR, Legal, and M&A teams,” Patel said. “Most recently, he has served as a critical partner to GLOBO’s board of directors, led transaction work, helped secure additional financing, and built strong leadership depth within his team.”

Ficca joined GLOBO in 2022 and has held a series of senior leadership roles at the private equity-backed, technology-enabled language services provider, which serves healthcare, government, and education clients. His prior experience includes nine years at Cigna in leadership roles spanning sales operations, underwriting, risk management, and finance.

“I’m incredibly energized by what’s ahead for GLOBO over the next few years,” Ficca said. “We have strong momentum, a clear strategy, and an exceptional leadership team. I’m excited to be part of accelerating growth as GLOBO continues to differentiate itself through quality and innovation—delivering value to customers and all of our stakeholders.”

Robeck, who joined GLOBO in 2021, has overseen cross-functional operations supporting health systems, hospitals, clinicians, and staff. The company said she led initiatives that reduced cost per minute while maintaining service quality, expanded employee career development, and implemented call center automation that improved profit margins by 9 percent.

“Elizabeth has been a driving force behind building scalable operations at GLOBO,” Patel said. “From disciplined requirements and rigorous testing to our move to agile and expanded ownership of infrastructure and compliance, she has grown leaders across her teams to create real operating leverage.”

Before joining GLOBO, Robeck spent more than two decades leading technology-driven organizational transformation, including directing contact center services and supervising end-user computing product development teams at UnitedHealth Group.

“Making language access feel effortless for healthcare professionals and their patients is the bedrock of a legendary customer experience,” Robeck said. “My goal has been to empower our employees with the tools, training, and growth paths they need to deliver world-class support—and then remove barriers through smarter processes and automation.”
