PERKASIE, PA — Furia Rubel Communications announced the addition of presentation strategist Valerie Madamba and law firm leader Meghan Warren to its International Faculty, strengthening the firm’s global advisory bench as legal clients navigate increasingly complex international markets.
Madamba, based in Copenhagen, and Warren, based in Melbourne, bring decades of combined experience spanning legal practice, law firm leadership, and professional development across the United States, Europe, and Australia. Furia Rubel said the appointments enhance its ability to guide law firms and legal professionals operating across borders.
“We are thrilled to welcome Valerie and Meghan to our International Faculty, as both of them bring a wealth of knowledge about the business of law to our team,” said Gina Rubel, chief executive officer and general counsel of Furia Rubel. She said their experience in the U.S. and abroad positions them to help clients address the challenges of law firm management and client communication in diverse legal markets.
Madamba is a former regulatory lawyer who transitioned into presentation strategy and design, helping legal professionals communicate complex ideas with clarity and authority. Drawing on experience in U.S. government, BigLaw, and in-house roles, she works with lawyers and law firm leaders to transform technical expertise into persuasive, goal-driven communication.
“I am excited to guide clients in the delicate art of communication as a member of the International Faculty,” Madamba said. She said effective communication requires translating complexity into compelling stories that align with professional development and brand strategy.
Warren is a principal and director at Burke Lawyers and has more than 18 years of experience advising clients in Australia and internationally on commercial law, litigation, and dispute resolution. She has spent more than a decade in law firm management and board-level leadership, advising professionals and small and mid-sized enterprises, particularly in the medical, health, and sciences sectors.
“I am so happy to join Furia Rubel’s International Faculty and to help clients navigate the complex issues faced by law firm leaders,” Warren said. She said managing the business of law demands skills distinct from practicing law and noted that many leaders are forced to learn those skills on the job.
Furia Rubel said both additions reinforce its focus on helping legal organizations strengthen leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making in an increasingly global legal environment.
