LANCASTER, PA — Fulton Bank, a subsidiary of Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT), has announced significant leadership changes to support its growth strategy. Effective June 1, 2025, Andy Fiol will assume the role of Chief Banking Officer, while JoBeth Mauriello will step into the position of Head of Consumer & Business Banking, succeeding Fiol.

Fiol has been with Fulton Bank since 2018, most recently serving as Head of Consumer & Business Banking. He brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held executive roles at Capital One and Bank of America prior to joining Fulton Bank.
Mauriello, with more than 40 years of experience, has been instrumental to the bank’s success in a range of leadership roles since joining in 2007. She most recently served as Head of Sales and Transformation Initiatives. Prior to this, she was Co-Market President in Philadelphia and South Jersey and a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager. Before joining Fulton, Mauriello developed her skills through various leadership roles in consumer banking at Bank of America.
These appointments are part of Fulton Bank’s broader strategy to enhance its organizational structure while focusing on customer service and operational excellence. With a proven track record in driving growth and innovation, Fiol and Mauriello are positioned to play key roles in achieving the bank’s goals.
