Front Porch Cohousing Strengthens Leadership with Two Strategic Advisor Appointments

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Front Porch Cohousing has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of two seasoned professionals to guide the organization’s next phase of growth. Desiree Kameka Galloway joins as Strategic Advisor for Community Development & Operations, while Danielle Vickers will serve as Strategic Advisor for Major Gifts & Campaign Development. Together, they bring more than 40 years of experience in inclusive housing and nonprofit advancement.

The nonprofit, which is dedicated to building inclusive communities for individuals with disabilities and neurodiverse residents, says the additions mark a major step forward in advancing its mission.

Vickers brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit fundraising, having raised over $10 million in major gifts throughout her career. Her appointment is expected to enhance the organization’s fundraising capacity, strengthen donor relationships, and build long-term financial sustainability.
