PHILADELPHIA, PA — UBS said four of its financial advisor teams in the firm’s Southeast region have been ranked number one in their respective cities on the 2026 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams list, a recognition that places them among the nation’s top performers in the highly competitive wealth management industry.
The Southeast region, led by Regional Director Julie Fox, saw teams in Maryland, Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina earn the top spot in their local markets, reflecting what UBS described as consistent excellence in client service, leadership, and performance.
“These advisors are some of the best in the business,” Fox said. She added that the firm looks forward to continuing to support its advisors and helping them leverage UBS’s wealth management platform to better serve clients.
The advisor teams ranked number one include The Murray Group of Hunt Valley, Maryland, led by Jason Lowy, Nick Barbieri, Brian Doak, Palmer Murray, and Michele Lippincott; OakRing Wealth Partners of Birmingham, Alabama, led by David Saltzman, Kevin Haynes, Kevin Townsend King, Lee Friedman, and Daniel Dean; Capitol Wealth Management of Jackson, Mississippi, led by Will Mosby, Harmon Bays, Russell Morrison, and Rush Mosby; and The Andover Group of Charlotte, North Carolina, led by Kevin O. Moran, William B. Lovett III, Kyle Blumenstock, and Jason Mayer.
The 2026 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams list, now in its fourth year, includes more than 6,100 teams nationwide that collectively manage $8.3 trillion in client assets. Rankings are determined using a combination of qualitative and quantitative factors, including interviews, compliance records, and revenue generated for their firms.
