Five Below Names New CFO and CMO to Strengthen Leadership Team

PHILADELPHIA, PAFive Below, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVE) announced two key leadership appointments, naming Daniel Sullivan as Chief Financial Officer and Michelle Israel as Chief Merchandising Officer, effective October 6, 2025. Both will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Winnie Park.

Sullivan, a two-time public company CFO with more than 35 years of finance and operational leadership, will oversee finance, information technology, and asset protection. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Edgewell Personal Care, where he previously held the CFO role and helped drive significant growth and margin expansion. His career also includes senior leadership positions at Party City, Ahold USA, and Heineken.

Israel, a veteran retail executive with nearly 35 years of experience at Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s, will lead merchandising, planning, allocation, sourcing, product development, and compliance at Five Below. At Macy’s, she managed a multi-billion-dollar portfolio across beauty, jewelry, shoes, handbags, and more, and oversaw value-driven brands such as Macy’s Off Price/Backstage and Bloomingdale’s The Outlet.

CEO Winnie Park said both executives bring “tenured experience at leading retail and consumer brands” and align with the company’s philosophy that “the customer is the boss.” She added that their expertise will be critical in executing Five Below’s growth vision.
