Five Below Holiday Sales Surge 23%, Prompting Sharply Higher 2025 Outlook

Five Below

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Five Below, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVE) reported a powerful holiday-season performance, posting double-digit sales growth that prompted the value retailer to raise its outlook for both the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2025.

The company said net sales for the nine-week holiday period from November 2, 2025, through January 3, 2026, jumped 23.2% to $1.47 billion, up from $1.19 billion in the comparable period a year earlier. Comparable sales rose 14.5%, reflecting broad-based gains as shoppers responded to expanded assortments and aggressive pricing.

Chief Executive Officer Winnie Park credited the results to sharper execution and a renewed focus on the customer experience.

“We are incredibly pleased with our holiday performance, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the strategies we have been executing this year,” Park said. She said the company’s emphasis on trend-driven merchandise, strong value, and a more connected customer journey fueled the surge, supported by close coordination across the organization.

Buoyed by the holiday momentum and its January sales outlook, Five Below raised its financial guidance.

For the full fiscal year, Five Below forecast net sales of roughly $4.75 billion, with comparable sales growth of about 12.5%. Diluted earnings per share are expected to range from $6.10 to $6.15, while adjusted diluted earnings per share are projected at $6.30 to $6.35.

The updated outlook reflects the impact of tariffs currently in place and excludes any effect from potential share repurchases, the company said.

Park said she is confident in the retailer’s trajectory heading into 2026, citing clear strategic priorities and continued execution momentum across the business.
