PHILADELPHIA, PA —Philadelphia’s Fishtown District is set to welcome summer with the return of the highly anticipated Under the El Bazaar, a lively open-air festival celebrating local businesses, artisans, and entertainers. The event will transform North Front Street, from Cecil B. Moore to Palmer Streets, into a vibrant hub of activity on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Additional dates for the bazaar include July 26 and August 23.

Attendees can expect a day filled with pop-up vendors, street performers, live music, and mouthwatering food and drink specials from well-loved local spots such as Evil Genius Beer Company, Percy Street Barbecue, LMNO, and The International Bar. The family-friendly event is free to attend, with food and drinks offered as pay-as-you-go options.

“The Under the El Bazaar is what the Fishtown District is all about,” said Marc Collazzo, Executive Director of the Fishtown District. “It’s a space where families, friends, and neighbors can enjoy a day full of music, food, and fun in a safe, welcoming, and truly unique setting. A Day of Entertainment and Activities
Highlights of the event include live music performances throughout the day, featuring local artists playing genres ranging from alternative rock to singer-songwriter favorites. Families can enjoy activities such as face painting, a balloon artist, and caricature drawings during designated times.

Shoppers will find an array of unique vendors, offering everything from vintage treasures and ceramics to handmade jewelry and herbal wellness products. Highlights include upcycled clothing from Moss, candles and yoga mats from Soul Therapy, and pearl jewelry from Cursed Baby.
