KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — FirstService Residential, a property management company and subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (Nasdaq: FSV), has opened a new office in King of Prussia to support its operations in Central Pennsylvania, the company announced.
The office, located at 1016 W. 9th Avenue, Suite 305, is intended to expand the company’s presence in the region and support growth in its property management portfolio.
FirstService Residential held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 24 attended by company leaders, employees, clients, and industry professionals.
The company said the new location is expected to support service delivery and create local employment opportunities.
Michael Mendillo, president of FirstService Residential, said the office is part of the company’s strategy to expand localized operations.
“As the leader in the industry, we are committed to providing localized service, and this location further positions us to deliver for the communities we serve,” Mendillo said.
Donna Fiore, senior vice president, said the office will allow the company to provide regional expertise and resources to residential communities.
“Our associates live and work in the area,” Fiore said. “This office makes it easier for us to bring resources and local expertise to the residents and boards we serve.”
FirstService Residential provides property management services to residential communities across the United States and Canada, including support for community operations, amenities, and resident services.
